The Institute of Fiscal Studies and Democracy (IFSD) final report on Jordan’s Principle. This is an independent study conducted to support the ongoing negotiations on long-term reform. The study uses data held by Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) on Jordan's Principle requests to try to determine whether substantive equality is being achieved.
