(Group of Youth)

The ConnectR project was created in support of the Truth and Reconciliation's Calls to Action. The ConnectR Youth Champions are a group of Indigenous youth, non-Indigenous youth, and newcomers to Canada who engage in Indigenous Awareness Training from Elders, Residential School Survivors and their families to deepen their understanding of history and ways to move forward. 

These Youth Champions are creating an opportunity for others to engage in the Calls to Action through their own learning, work and reconciliation activities. They have worked with many organizations in Saskatoon to help them in their reconciliation journeys.
