(Group of children 0-12)

The Ultimate School Agers, a pre-school, summer camp and before/after school child care site, has taken many steps to raise awareness and participate in truth and reconciliation. The learners actively participate in hands-on reconciliation activities. They are encouraged to care for each other and the world around them. They planted their very own garden with the 3 Sisters (corn, beans, and squash) and they all work together to take care of it.

The Centre's goal is to bring together First Nations and Western approaches to create a generation of children who will know, understand, and be able to make the necessary changes to make the world a better place for all. When the little ones heard that students in Gull Bay First Nation needed school supplies, they had a school supply drive and mailed all the items.

The Ultimate School Agers got their Reconciliation Ambearrister who has gone on many adventures and went through a special naming ceremony and is now Ohkweri-Kanaronkwa (Bear Loving). Watch Ohkweri-Kanaronkwa's video!
