(Group of children aged 0-12)

Juniper Land Base is a group of students at Juniper School who are documenting their reconciliation journey on social media and have three ambearristers to represent their students: Nipi, Askiy, and Kisik.

Students regularly engage with community Elders and participate in various activities to learn more about First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples and to engage with the TRC's Calls to Action. Students celebrate cultural days and participate in Caring Society events, including Bear Witness Day. Juniper Land Base's passion for making their school a better place has inspired others in their school and the community!

The Caring Society is proud to see this diverse group of students participate in meaningful reconciliation initiatives!
