Spirit Bear Nomination Form

Do you know a group of young people that has been doing work on reconciliation and the Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action? The Spirit Bear Award recognizes the contributions of a group of young people for their actions toward reconciliation.

To nominate them, you will need to send:

  1. Complete nomination form.
  2. Cover letter explaining how the nominee meets the award criteria.
  3. Two (2) letters of support.
  4. Other materials that might support the nomination (links to video clips, pictures, etc.)

Nominators may submit the full nomination package by mail to:
